In observance of International Yoga Day, Deshraag Foundation organized a community yoga session in Gwalior to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthier lifestyle among local residents. The event brought together people of all ages, from children to senior citizens, united by the shared goal of embracing yoga as part of daily life.
Trained yoga instructors led participants through a series of basic asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques, making the practice accessible and easy to follow for beginners while still meaningful for those with prior experience. The session also included brief awareness talks on the benefits of regular yoga practice, including stress reduction, improved flexibility, and better overall health.
