Deshraag Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India, working since 2003 in the areas of education, women & child development, livelihoods, financial literacy, environmental sustainability, and rural community upliftment. We organize camps, awareness drives, skill-development programs, and welfare initiatives funded largely through donor contributions and volunteer support.

Acceptance of Terms

Donations

Deshraag Foundation relies on the generosity of donors to fund its camps, welfare programs, and community initiatives. By making a donation through our website, you agree to the following:

• Voluntary Contribution: All donations are made voluntarily and are non-refundable, except in cases of a genuine technical error (e.g., duplicate transaction, incorrect amount charged), which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details.

• Use of Funds: Donations are used solely towards furthering Deshraag Foundation's charitable objectives — including camps, education programs, livelihood initiatives, and operational costs necessary to run these programs effectively.
• Receipts: Donation receipts (and 80G certificates, where applicable and available) will be issued to the email address or contact details provided at the time of donation.
• Payment Processing: All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Deshraag Foundation does not store your complete card, UPI, or banking credentials on its servers.
• Tax Benefits: Any tax exemption benefits are subject to applicable Indian income tax laws and are the responsibility of the donor to claim, based on the receipt/certificate provided by us.

Volunteering & Participation in Camps/Events

If you register as a volunteer or participant for any camp, drive, or event organized by Deshraag Foundation:

• You agree to conduct yourself respectfully towards our staff, fellow volunteers, and the communities we serve.
• You understand that participation is voluntary, and Deshraag Foundation is not liable for any personal loss, injury, or inconvenience arising during a camp/event, except where caused by our proven negligence.
• You agree to follow the safety guidelines, code of conduct, and instructions provided by our team during any on-ground activity.
• Deshraag Foundation reserves the right to decline or discontinue a volunteer's participation if their conduct is found to be inappropriate, unsafe, or contrary to our values.

Career Applications

If you apply for a job, internship, or fellowship opportunity through our website:

• All information submitted (resume, personal details, work history) must be accurate and truthful.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or engagement with Deshraag Foundation.
• We reserve the right to retain applicant information for future opportunities unless you request its deletion.
